Construction Progressing at The Whitfield Fort Lauderdale
The land has been cleared and construction crews are working on the deep soil mixing at The Whitfield Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. The 10-story hotel under construction in Fort Lauderdale, will offer 140 rooms. Amenities will include a second-story restaurant and bar, a rooftop garden and pool deck, fitness center and spa, and rooftop private dining spaces. The parking garage, which will be below ground, will not be visible from the street. The development will also feature 5,000 square feet of ground level retail space along Las Olas Boulevard. Completion is expected in summer 2024.
