Construction Progressing for White Oak Town Center
L.F. Jennings & The GreenBench Companies are making significant progress on the White Oak Town Center in Silver Spring Maryland. Phase 1 of the grocery-anchored development will consist of roughly 100,000 square feet of retail located at a prime corner with access via two traffic signals on Columbia Pike. The project is expected to be completed in early 2024.
