Construction Progressing on Phases Two and Three of Lincoln Gardens
Construction is continuing on the second and third phases of Lincoln Gardens, a joint development between the Related Group and Miami-Dade County. Both phases are on track for completion in January 2024. Lincoln Gardens will consist of 221 units and offer two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments and townhomes to rent and to own. The development is being constructed in three phases. The first phase, completed in 2022, contains 134 garden-style apartments and eight rental townhomes. Phase two offers 77 residential units for seniors. The third phase will consist of 10 buy-to-own townhomes. The community will also have a 2500 sq ft community center containing a leasing office, computer lab, office for resident council, multipurpose room and a kitchen for resident use. Lincoln Gardens spans from Northwest 46th Street north to 48th Street and between Northwest 24th and 25th avenues.
