Construction to Begin on Phase 1 Development at Suffolk Downs
Phase 1 of development at Suffolk Downs is set to begin. The first phase of development will include more than 100,000 SF of retail and hospitality space, 1,400 residential units, and 400,000 SF of life science space. The massive Suffolk Downs project won approval in Boston and Revere and will feature 10.52 million SF, more than doubling the residential development pipeline for the cities.
