Construction to Begin on South Boston Innovation Campus

has issued a building permit to 2 Harbor Street in the Seaport, kicking off development of the South Boston Innovation Campus. Plans call for the construction of a 10-story, 381,000 square foot building featuring laboratory, research and development, office, and supporting uses. The project will include one level of below-grade parking and a signature public plaza at the intersection of Northern Avenue and the Massport Haul Road.
