Construction Underway at Apartment Community in Jacksonville
Construction crews have cleared the land as construction has begun at Novu Normandy in Jacksonville. The 308-unit apartment community is located near the intersection of I-295 and Normandy Boulevard in Jacksonville. The community will feature resort-style amenities, including a clubhouse and pool. The location is within walking distance of a Public-anchored shopping center as well as Winn Dixie-anchored shopping center. The community is a short commute from the Cecil Commerce Center, which hosts employers such as Amazon, Boeing, and Wayfair. Completion is expected in Spring 2026.
