Construction Wrapping Up on 50 Nevins Street
is nearing the end of the construction process for the expansion of 50 Nevins Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Developed by , the project is adding 2-floors, and 129 affordable apartments to the existing building for a total of 10-stories and units.
Designed by , the uniquely integrated expansion wraps around the 95-year old brick structure, creating an interesting fusion of pre-war style and modern contemporary design. The building now stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is expected to fully finish before the summer of this year.
