Construction Wraps Up on Rental Units at Overlook at St. Gabriel's with Opening of Overlook West
Development of the rental units at Overlook at St. Gabriel's has concluded with the opening of the fourth building, Overlook West. Overlook West will provide 237 additional units to the property, which totals 555 units across the development.

The property’s four residential buildings, Overlook West, Overlook Landmark, Overlook North, and Overlook East are all available for tours and immediate move-ins. The property is leasing quickly, with over 92% of units at Overlook North, Overlook East, and Overlook Landmark currently leased.
