Crane on Site at Art House in Downtown St. Petersburg
A crane is on the site and the ground has been cleared at Art House, the 42-story mixed-use development in downtown St Petersburg. Sales began earlier this year. Located at 200 Central Avenue, it will be constructed on what is now a surface parking lot adjacent to the office 200 Central office building. Rising to 450 feet, luxury condominium tower will be among the tallest buildings in St. Petersburg. Planned for 244 luxury residences, two and three bedroom and 12 penthouses, the development will also include ground level retail and co-working space. Completion is estimated in late 2024.
