Cut & Cap Permit Pulled for West Roxbury Site
A permit has been pulled to cut and cap the gas service to 178 Gardner Street in West Roxbury in anticipation of site construction. A multi-building, residential development totaling approximately 96,000 square feet was approved for the site in October 2019. The development will include eighteen three-bedroom townhouses, each with its own deck area/open space, garage, and driveway parking; and a mid-rise seventy 70 unit apartment building.
