Davis Companies Acquires 100-Acre Everett Development Site for $72.5MA
The Davis Companies has acquired a nearly 100-acre development site in Everett from Exxon for $72,500,000. The Everett Land Assemblage features 95.5 acres of industrial property across 4 parcels spanning Beacham Street, Robin Street, South Farm Road, and the Everett waterfront. Davis was set to acquire the property last year but the deal did not close due to market conditions. Davis plans a multi-phased, 2M+ square foot mixed-use project for the site.
