DCS Design To Design Interiors for Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick Expansion & Renovations
DCS Design has announced they have been selected to handle the interior architecture for law firm Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick PLLC located at 1615 M St. NW, Washington, D.C. DCS originally designed Kellogg Hansen’s office in 2014 and will now work on the two-phased expansion and renovation. Phase one will consist of 20,000 square feet of new space spread over two floors, and will include new conference facilities, a reception area, and workspaces. Phase two will consist of approximately 62,000 square feet of in-place renovation on three existing floors. The project is expected to be completed by Summer 2024.
