Architecture Firm Selected for 24-Acre West Hyattsville Mixed-Use Project
DCS has been selected as the architecture firm for the West Hyattsville mixed-use, transit-oriented project on 24 acres of land located next to the West Hyattsville metro station in Prince George’s County. In partnership with Gilbane Development Company, the new project includes two phases, with each phase containing a distinct residential building with 300 units, commercial space and a 300-car parking garage - all connected with an activated, landscaped public outdoor amenity space.
