Sovren Apartments Tops Out
CBG Building Company has officially topped out the Sovren Apartments adjacent to the West Hyattsville Metro Station, Sovren is a five-story wood frame building over slab on grade with a precast garage. The new mixed-use, mixed-income apartment community will feature 293 apartments above 2,500 square feet of retail space. The first phase of the project is slated for completion in the fall of 2024
