Construction Underway for Sovren
Construction activities are underway on Sovren, a transit-oriented, mixed-use apartment community in West Hyattsville, Maryland. The upcoming five-story community will have 293 apartments with 147 units designated as permanently affordable for residents with incomes at or below 80% of AMI, which is made possible through the partnership with Amazon and Prince George’s County Department of Housing and Community Development. The community is expected to open in Q4 2024.
