Demo Permit Apps Filed for 3 Building, 250 Unit Allston Project
A series of demo permit applications have been submitted to the Boston Landmarks Commission to raze the existing structures at 8-10, 12, 14-16, 18, 20 Pratt Street, and 14-20 & 24 Linden Street in Allston. The demo would make way for the Allston Green project which was approved in December 2020. The three-building development would feature a total of 249 compact living units along with 4,455 square feet of non-residential ground floor space for publicly accessible uses currently envisioned to be a gallery and artist co-working space.
