Demo Permit Apps Filed for South Boston Mixed-Use Site
A demo permit application has been submitted to demolish the structure at 2 H Street Street in South Boston. Approved plans for the site call for 135 residential units with 1,600 square feet of retail space and 206 parking garage spaces. The 3-story project will feature an interior courtyard and garden space for residents.
