Demo Permit Apps Submitted to Kick Off Redevelopment off South Boston Power Plant
An application has been submitted to demolish a series of buildings within the Boston Edison L Street Station along Summer Street in South Boston. The work will be the first step in the 1.68M project which was approved in January 2021. The project will feature 636 residential units, 860,000 square feet of office and R&D space, a 240-key hotel, and 80,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
