Demo Set to Kick Off to Make Way for 400+ Fenway Multifamily Project
A permit has been issued to demo 3 existing buildings at 60 Kilmarnock Street in Fenway to make way for an approved 400,000+ square foot mixed-use project. The development will include 435 residential units, ground-floor retail, and around 150 parking spaces. The project originally won approval in January of 2019.
