Demolition Concludes for 25-01 Queens Plaza North
Ahead of construction, demolition has wrapped up at 25-01 Queens Plaza North, in Long Island City Queens; the site of a future 26-story, mixed-use development. Recently approved back in July by the NYC Mayor's Office, the project is being developed by .
The building is set to contain rental apartments. Approximately of these will be reserved for affordable housing, with the rest of the units listed at market rate.
In addition to residential units, the ground floor of the structure will offer square feet of retail space.
Designed by , with contracting efforts to be lead by , 25-01 Queens Plaza North will stand feet tall and total square feet.
