Demolition Permit Granted for Site of Sota Hotel & Residences
A demolition permit has been issued for the site of Sota Hotel & Residences in downtown Sarasota. The three buildings on the site will be demolished to make way for the new 16-story mixed-use building at the corner of Main Street and Goodrich Avenue in downtown Sarasota. Sota Hotel & Residences will feature a hotel, condominiums, and a ground floor restaurant. The tower will include 35 condominiums spanning six floors and 120 hotel rooms managed by Tapestry Collection by Hilton along with a 4,500-square-foot restaurant on the ground floor.
