Demolition Underway on Site of Sota Hotel & Residences
Demolition of the three buildings on the site of Sota Hotel & Residences in downtown Sarasota has begun and sales are ongoing. The new 16-story mixed-use building at the corner of Main Street and Goodrich Avenue in downtown Sarasota will feature a hotel, condominiums, and two restaurants. The tower will include 35 condominiums spanning six floors and 120 hotel rooms managed by Tapestry Collection by Hilton along with a 4,500-square-foot restaurant on the ground floor. Completion is expected in 2026.
