Designs Under Review for Final Phase of Fan Pier
The Fallon Company is pursuing final design approvals for the last building within the Fan Pier project on Parcel H. The project would feature roughly 130 residential units with 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail/restaurant space. Plans also include 23,500 square feet of cultural space. The foundation and underground garage have been constructed on the site and in operation since 2016.
