Dev Lands $50M Loan for College Point Industrial Development
Developer, Triangle Equities, has just obtained a $50 million loan, constituting pre-development financing for a multi-story logistics facility, planned at 30-02 Whitestone Expressway in College Point, Queens. The loan was issued by Centennial Bank.
The lot encompasses a full block and spans 425,000 square feet. The property is currently occupied by a combined retail building, featuring a Multiplex Cinemas location and a couple of big-box retail units. As it sits right in the center of the lot, this will almost certainly be demolished in order to make way for the planned industrial development.
