Developer Acquires 1.3 Acre Lot in North Bay Village, FL for $35M
The 1.3-acre waterfront lot of land located at 1755 79th Causeway in North Bay Village has been purchased by a developer out of New York. The development company has already been given the approval to build a 31-story luxury condo building at the site so the acquisition advances the project one step closer.
The plans for the building include 201 units, 45,000 square feet for amenities, 13,415 square feet for a restaurant, and 1,700 square feet for a juice bar or coffee shop.
Condo sales are scheduled to begin in Q4 of 2023.
