Developer Acquires Land for Waterfront Condominium Development in Clearwater
A developer has closed on a parcel of land with plans for a condominium development on the site. The development would bring 52 luxury condominiums to a new waterfront district north of downtown Clearwater. The condominiums will be contained in a five-story building on a .92-acre lot with views of the intracoastal waterway. Community amenities will include a pool with a cabana area, a fitness and activity center and a golf simulator. Construction is expected to start in early 2023 with estimated completion in summer 2024. The condominium project is part of a larger development, the Clearwater Marina District development, that will include mixed use commercial and residential; office; retail; luxury hotel; luxury condominiums; multifamily residential.
