Developer Closes on Property for Clearwater Affordable Housing Community
Developer Archway Partners has closed on the three parcels of land where a new affordable housing development will be constructed. The developer expects site work and vertical construction to begin in May 2024 and will take 15 to 16 months, residents will be welcomed in Fall 2025. Clearwater Gardens will offer 81 apartment units. The community, designed for residents earning between 30% and 80% of the area median income, will include 30 one-bedroom and 51 two-bedroom apartments. The units will range from 615 to 930 square feet. In addition to a two-story parking garage, community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, coworking space, children’s game room and community garden.
