Developer Closes on Site of Residential Development in Surfside
Developer Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management has acquired the site of the planned 93 Ocean development for $64 million. 93 Ocean is a 12-story oceanfront residential project that will feature 27 one-to four-bedroom homes. Two rooftop units will include private terraces and pools. Community amenities include a pool, fitness center and clubroom. The development will be constructed on the site of the Regent Palace Condominium, a 34-unit complex built in 1951.
