Developer Files Plans for 563 Townhouse Community in Florida City
CRE-KL Antillia Owner LLC, an affiliate of Kolter Group, filed an administrative site plan with Miami Dade County for Antillia Community. The 45.8-acre site was acquired by the group in November 2021 for $16.84 million.
Antillia Community is a planned development comprised of 563 townhouses on a 45.8-acre site. Townhouses would range from 1,338 to 1,815 square feet. There would be a lake, a clubhouse, a pool and 1,272 parking spaces. 10% of the units would be workforce housing.
