Construction Underway on Luxury Fort Lauderdale Beach Condo

Kolter Urban and Miami-based Coastal Construction Co. are making progress with the development of Selene Fort Lauderdale. Mass excavation process has begun and over 900 pilings have been drilled into the ground that support the complex. The south tower crane has officially been erected and the team is preparing foundations for the east tower crane, set to go up this month. T

Selene Oceanfront Residences recently sold a $12.2 million penthouse, a preconstruction record for Fort Lauderdale Beach. The record-selling penthouse will feature four bedrooms and 5.5 baths with 5,435 interior square footage and 1,195 exterior square feet. 

The Kolter Group has more than 75% of the building under contract. With the construction progress, sales have surged over the past 30 days with more than $24 Million in new sales going under contract. Pricing on the remaining residences begins in the $2 millions and eight Penthouse residences were released earlier this year. Douglas Elliman is the exclusive sales representatives for Selene Oceanfront Residences, Fort Lauderdale.
