Vertical Construction Has Reached the Fifth Floor at Selene Oceanfront
Selene Oceanfront, a 26-story, two-tower luxury development in downtown Fort Lauderdale continues to rise, vertical construction has reached the fifth floor. The towers will rise 300 feet and will hold 204 residences, including eight luxury penthouses. There will be an additional 5,300 square feet of restaurant space as well as a parking garage with 120 spaces. The building amenities will include a residential lounge, swimming pool, office working space and dog park.
