Developer Lands $62.6M Loan for East Williamsburg Project
Developer, , has just obtained a $62.6 million loan for an approved 9-story mixed-use project, set to rise at 824 Metropolitan Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Issued by Metropolitan Corner Bushwick Lender LLC, this influx of capital will be used to fund all construction costs from start to finish.
The new building will contain rental apartments, spread across square feet. In addition to residential units, the structure will have a square foot grocery store, located on the ground floor.
Designed by , 824 Metropolitan Avenue will stand feet tall and total square feet. Tenants will enjoy quick commutes into Manhattan, multiple landscaped roof terraces, grilling stations, and lounge areas. Once underway, construction should take approximately 24 months to complete.
