Developer Lands $70M Loan for East Village Office Project
A struggling mixed-use commercial project, set for 3 Saint Mark's Place in Manhattan's East Village, has just received a $70 million lifeline. Issued by Parkview Financial, the loan will refinance existing land lease payments, and serve to fund construction going forwards.
Developed by , the building will contain square feet of office space and square feet of retail on the ground floor.
Designed by , the structure will have a series of landscaped setbacks and stand 9-stories tall. It will amass square feet. is the project's general contractor, and construction is expected to finish by June of 2024.
