Developer Planning Apartment Community in Miami-Dade
Coral Gables-based MG Developer is requesting a site plan approval from Miami-Dade County for an apartment community. Coral Key Parc, an 11-story mixed-use development, will include 258 market-rate apartment units and 8,300 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Coral Key Parc will rise on a two-acre lot in unincorporated Miami-Dade County. The auto dealership on the site will be demolished. Construction is expected to begin in October 2024, with completion slated for 2027.
