Developer Planning Mixed-Use in Downtown Jacksonville
Developer Corner Lot has plans for a proposed mixed-use building in downtown Jacksonville that will bring 201 apartments. The development includes the preservation and renovation of a circa 1928 Art Deco Springfield neighborhood structure originally known as the downtown Chevrolet building. The mixed-use project will feature studio, one bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, retail and restaurant space, a pool, a common area, and a parking garage.
