Developer Plans 593 Apartments on Miami River
ROVR Development has submitted plans to Miami's Urban Development Review Board to build an apartment complex at 2750 Northwest South River Drive named River Rapids. The UDRB will review the plans on June 15th.
River Rapids will comprise two buildings rising 8 and 12 stories including 593 apartments and 862 parking spaces. Amenities will include pools, gyms, a co-working space, a library, a small market, and a spa with a sauna.
