New Apartment Community Along Miami River Will Bring 1,600 Apartment Units

ROVR Development announces The River Rapids community, set to deliver 1,600 multifamily units along the Miami River. The team, led by Oscar Rodriguez and Ricardo Vadia, has announced the addition of 6.2 acres to the multi-phase project.

This latest acquisition is consistent with our vision for this neighborhood that is evolving into a robust community that offers an excellent alternative for those priced out of Brickell”. 
 
The project’s first two phases, Tides and Moorings, are currently under permit approval to move forward on construction of two buildings of eight and twelve stories, with units that range from studios to three bedrooms. Recreational amenities for residents will feature luxurious amenities, including resort style swimming pool with cabanas, outdoor kitchen and bar, state of the art fitness center, club lounge, market, business center, conference room, garage parking, and electric car charging stations.
