Developer Proposes Massive 2,500 Unit Community at Miami Metrorail Station
NR Investments has submitted an unsolicited proposal to the Miami City Commission for a massive 2,500-unit residential project. The project is planned at the site of the city-owned General Services Administration building spanning 18 acres.
1390 Northwest 20th Street is planned to rise 30 stories amongst seven separate buildings. The building would total 2,500 residential units (500 will be workforce), 100,000 square feet of retail, a 300-key hotel, 200,000 square feet of office space, and 6 parking garages.
