Miami Commissioners Unanimously Accept Proposal for 2500-Unit Mixed-Use Community in Allapattah
Miami Commissioners voted unanimously to accept NR Investments' application for a massive mixed-use development just south of the Santa Clara Metrorail Station in Allapattah. The commission will now issue formal requests for proposals in mid-September, and applicants will have another 45 days to submit.
The community is planned to rise 30 stories amongst seven separate buildings. The building would total 2,500 residential units (500 will be workforce), 100,000 square feet of retail, a 300-key hotel, 200,000 square feet of office space, and 6 parking garages.
