Plumbing and Demolition Permits Issued for 31-Story Miami Tower
NR Investments has received building permits for demolition and plumbing at 1441 North Miami Avenue. The firm plans to develop 14th Street Tower, a 31-story, 398 residential unit tower.
The tower will also provide 8,539 square feet of retail, as well a 451-space parking garage in a 7-story podium. The top of the podium will feature a pool for tower residents.
