Developer Scores $28M Loan to Redevelop Park 'N Fly Lot in Dania Beach
Bridge Industrial has received a $28 million construction loan from Talcott Resolution Life Insurance Co. to redevelop the 22.4-acre site which was previously the Park 'N Fly lot for Fort Lauderdale International Airport. The developer paid $20 million to acquire the property in June.
Bridge Point Port Everglades Facility will include a 170,892 square foot logistics facility with 32-foot ceiling heights, 34 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, a truck court, and 156 car parking spaces.
