Logistics Facility in Port Everglades Nearing Completion
The exterior is complete and construction crews are putting the finishing touches on the interior at site work at Bridge Point Port Everglades. The 171,983 square foot logistics facility will include 32-foot ceiling heights, 36 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, and 2,450 square feet of spec office space. Located on a 22.4-acre site with direct access to I-595, I-595, Florida's Turnpike, I-75, SR 84, Port Everglades and Ft.Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, Bridge Point will feature 174 car parking spaces and a 120’ truck court and trailer parking.
