Developer Secures $25.75M for LIC Apartment Project

, has obtained a $25.75 million loan for a 14-story, mixed-use project, set to rise at 26-04 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens. Issued by Bridge City Capital, this influx of funding will be used to construct the new building.

The development will feature
