Developer Secures $25.75M for LIC Apartment Project
Developer, , has obtained a $25.75 million loan for a 14-story, mixed-use project, set to rise at 26-04 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens. Issued by Bridge City Capital, this influx of funding will be used to construct the new building.
The development will feature rental apartments, and square feet of ground-floor retail space. Some units will feature private balconies and a select amount of residences on the top floor will offer private roof terraces.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is expected to begin soon, but an estimated date of completion has not been announced yet.
