Developer Secures $83 Million in Financing for Sarasota Apartment Community
Developer The Allen Morris Company has secured $83 million in financing for the construction of Bayside Sarasota. The development will offer 253 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, the resort-inspired community additionally offers chef-inspired kitchens, open floor plans, and modern finishes. It is a pet friendly community with over 50,000 SF of private amenities including fire pits, a state-of-the-art fitness center, 24-hour front desk concierge and security, and the Healthy Marketplace flagship restaurant. Construction on the first phase, a five-story building, began in Q3 2023 and is expected to be complete in Q3 2025. Plans show a 96-story tower that is expected to break ground later in 2024. The location is close to downtown Sarasota as well as shopping and dining venues.
