Developer Seeks Rezoning in East New York
Developer, ENY Community Residences LLC, is seeking zoning map and text amendments for a cluster of lots in East New York. The purpose of the proposal is to facilitate the development of a new affordable housing building with 113 units. The building would be located at 749 Van Sinderen Avenue and designed by Dattner Architects.
