Developer Submits Plans For a 37-Story Residential Building in Hollywood, Fl
A Miami-based developer has submitted plans to the City of Hollywood’s Technical Advisory Committee to build a 37-story residential development at 3451-3690 South Ocean Drive that would offer 350 luxury residential units. The structure will rise 419 feet tall and will feature amenities such as a pool, 14 cabanas, a business center, a spa, a pickleball court, a health club, a club room, and a lounge. The building would also be linked to an existing parking garage.
The proposed plans will be reviewed by the Hollywood TAC on April 3, 2023.
