Second Tower Approved at Diplomat Landing
Developers have secured approval for the second tower at Diplomat Landing in Hollywood, Florida. The proposed mixed-use development will include two towers, a 42-story tower with 500 rooms, potentially branded as condo/hotel units, and a 37-story residential building that will feature 350 luxury residential units linked to an existing parking garage. The hotel tower will include 4,000 square feet of restaurant space and 366 parking spaces. The condominium tower will include amenities, a pool with beach entry, cabanas, a spa, health club and club room.
