Developers Acquire Land for Cape Coral Apartment Community
The partnership of West Palm Beach-based real estate developer Shoreham Capital, Salt Lake City-based Bridge Investment Group and Denver-based Wynkoop Financial has acquired a 26-acre parcel in Cape Coral, Florida with plans for an apartment community. Siesta Lakes, a new Class A apartment community in Cape Coral, will offer 412 apartment units. The one, two and three-bedroom units will each have a private balcony, high end finishes and open concept living areas. Community amenities include a pool, fitness center, pickleball court, clubhouse, business center and dog park. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q4 2022.
