Developers Break Ground on 34-Story Luxury Apartment Tower in Fort Lauderdale
OKO Group and Cain International have broken ground on their 34-story project dubbed "One River Fort Lauderdale". The groundbreaking comes just a few weeks after securing $97.2 million in financing from Bank OZK and JVP Management to help fund construction.
One River Fort Lauderdale is planned to rise 34 stories and include 251 high-end apartments, 2,600 square feet of ground-level retail space, and a 337-space parking garage. Amenities will include a rooftop pool, a fitness center, a spa with sauna and steam facilities, a media room, a lounge room, a coworking lounge, a dog spa, and private dining room.
