Developers Release New Renderings For Three-Tower Miami Riverbridge Public Space

The developers planning the $1.7 billion, three-towered residential project located at 400 Southeast 2nd Avenue in Miami, Fl have released new visuals for what we can expect the project's public space and riverwalk to feature. The project will offer 1,806 apartments (264 will be serviced), 615 hotel rooms, 190,000 sq ft of meeting space, 20,000 sq ft of co-working space, and 1,100 parking spots. The towers will be connected at the top by a sky bridge featuring an upscale restaurant and lounge.
